If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 and/or go to an emergency room at your local hospital.

*Mobile Crisis workers are available 24/7 to provide evaluation over the phone and meet with you in person within 2 hours to assist you during a mental health or substance use to crisis gain access to appropriate treatment and services.

Q Chat Space;  Provides online discussion groups for LGBTQ+ teens ages 13 to 19. It is live and chat based; there is no video or audio. Everyone is chatting during the same pre-scheduled time. Conversations are facilitated by experienced staff who work at LGBTQ+ centers around the country.  https://www.qchatspace.org
